How to request deletion
Email support@aurumpay.com with the subject line AurumMise data deletion request.
- Include your business name.
- Include the email or phone number we should use to follow up.
- Include your Clover merchant ID if you know it.
- Tell us what you want deleted, such as chat history, uploaded chat files, notes saved from uploaded files, uploaded statements, saved preferences, or the Clover connection.
What we can usually delete
- Saved chats and assistant preferences tied to your business.
- Uploaded chat files and notes saved from uploaded files where deletion is available.
- Uploaded processor statements or quotes used for rate review.
- Pending approval cards and pending change requests.
- Stored Clover snapshots or business context that is no longer needed after disconnecting.
What may need to stay
Some information may need to be kept when required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, support records, or completed Clover change history. If we cannot delete something right away, we will explain why.
Uploaded chat files may already be removed on the AurumMise retention schedule, but saved chats, file notes, completed approval-card history, and support records may need a separate deletion review.
Disconnecting Clover
You can remove AurumMise access from Clover or ask Aurumpay to help disconnect it. After disconnecting, AurumMise may not be able to answer current Clover questions or prepare changes for that business.
What happens next
- We will review the request and may ask for information to confirm the business.
- We will tell you what was deleted and what, if anything, must be retained.
- If you ask us to stop using uploaded statements or quotes, we will stop using them for rate review where practical.
