You connect Clover
AurumMise only uses the access you approve in Clover so it can answer questions about your business.
Data safeguards
AurumMise uses your Clover information to answer questions, remember helpful details, and prepare changes you approve first.
AurumMise only uses the access you approve in Clover so it can answer questions about your business.
It can use menu, price, tax, order, payment, customer, team, printer, and setup details when Clover shares them.
Saved chats, preferences, pending changes, and completed changes stay connected to the right business.
Images, PDFs, CSV, TSV, and Excel files can be used as evidence for menu, setup, roster, or rate-review requests when you attach them.
If you upload a statement or quote, Aurumpay uses it to review pricing and follow up with you.
Approval first
AurumMise can explain a change, but it waits for you before changing Clover.
You ask for a change.
AurumMise shows what would change.
You approve only if it looks right.
AurumMise applies the change and keeps a record.
Protection details
AurumMise is designed to answer from connected Clover data, use only the information needed for your request, and keep Clover changes inside the approval-card workflow.
Clover access is tied to the connected merchant session and the permissions Clover grants.
Sensitive connection details and internal credentials are not shown in chat.
Supported chat uploads are limited to 5 files, 15 MB each, and files are kept only as long as needed under AurumMise's retention schedule.
Longer work can continue after you start it without widening what AurumMise is allowed to change.
Boundaries
Nothing changes in Clover unless you approve it first.
AurumMise uses only the chat, Clover context, and uploaded-file evidence needed for your request.
An uploaded file cannot approve changes, reveal protected data, or bypass safeguards.
AurumMise does not move money, issue refunds, edit orders, change people, or change Clover account ownership from chat.
You should not type card numbers, passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers, or Clover secrets into chat.
One business's information stays separate from another business.
